These Merkens brand, milk chocolate confectionery coating are also known as Cocoa Lite. Chocolate candy wafers requires no tempering making it easier to use than real chocolate - with exceptional taste!
Note: For flavoring, use only LorAnn Super Strength Flavors that are appropriate for use in chocolate and chocolate coating. To tint wafers, use only powdered food coloring.
